Written By: Bec Whether you're after a rainy day activity, classroom brain break, boredom buster, birthday party game, or weekend fun - these beauties have you covered. Just grab some dice, paper, pencils + your printable guide (SO many options outlined below), and let the creativity take over! QUICK GAME OVERVIEWAs you scroll through the games below, you'll notice that they all include either a chart or prompt where each number on the dice matches a different part of the drawing. To play, all you have to do is roll the dice, and then draw whatever the chart/prompt tells you to. Then roll again for the next part. By the end of the game, you’ll have a completely original (and oftentimes hilarious) creation!
For example, if I rolled a 1 on the House game listed below, I would add a door to my drawing. If I then rolled a 5, my house would get a mailbox. I'd continue rolling and drawing until the house is completed. MAKE YOUR ROLL-TO-DRAW GAME EVEN BETTER: Keep things fresh and fun every time you play. You can do this by encouraging kids to colour in their masterpieces after they've drawn them, by providing a different colour and/or medium each round (e.g. pencils, crayons, markers), or by giving them a fun challenge every time a new drawing is started (such as who can create the silliest masterpiece? The scariest? The sweetest?). It's one printable, numerous ways! |
