Processing Personalised Digital Orders
Personalised orders take 2-3 business days to be created and sent. You will be notified via email should your product(s) require more time. If you desperately need your personalised products, please notify Bec's Party Prints before or as soon as possible after purchasing - this will place your order as highest priority (meaning it will be in your inbox within 24 hours).
Processing Digital Product Orders
Orders for digital products will be received immediately to your entered email address, no matter the day and/or time. If you have any issues with opening your email (or your digital product does not arrive at all), please get in touch and we will personally send you your product as soon as possible.
Once received, your digital product can be used for the event it was purchased for. It cannot be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, including photocopying, recording or by any information storage and retrieval system, for any other reason, without written permission from Bec's Party Prints.
Returns
Unfortunately due to the nature of Bec's Party Prints' digital items, they are unable to be returned. So please select your products very carefully.
